underwhelming stay
poor cleaningineffective soundproofing
My room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. i found some old food wrappers under the bed, and the bathroom floor had not been mopped. also, the soundproofing was not very effective. I could hear street noise throughout the night. it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep because of the noise.

The hotel is centrally located near the s-bahn station. breakfast included many choices of breads, fruits, yogurt, and proteins. the family room, though compact, provided adequate space. the price was reasonable, and i would consider staying again. There was an electric kettle in the room too.
the shower experience was slightly lacking, and i found only a single shampoo that wasn't really suited for longer hair.

the hotel provided excellent access to nearby tourist attractions. it was close to transportation, including the u-bahn station. the area seemed safe at all hours.

There was daily cleaning upon request, although i did not use this service. a kettle in the room allowed me to make tea whenever i wanted. It was so useful. i could also regulate the temperature.

inconsistent cleaningnon-functional ac
the lack of daily cleaning was quite bothersome. i had to request it specifically, and even then, it wasn't consistently done. also, the room's temperature control seemed off. the heating system was to have air conditioning settings, but they didn't function properly was good.

The receptionist was very helpful and spoke english fluently. its location near platz, shops, and a mall was so convenient. a quick 10-minute walk got me to the train station, with u-metro, buses, and trams even closer. everything i needed was easily accessible. I'm grateful.
the trams passing by the window every 15 minutes created some noise, even with the windows closed. it's a very minor thing, really.

Breakfast included a variety of options with fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. The coffee machine made cappuccinos quickly. seating was ample, and staff kept everything tidy and replenished. the food was AMAZING!!!

the room had blackout curtains , made the room very dark at night, i slept really well. a large-screen tv with english channels was a bonus and the free wifi worked without any interruptions. the beds were firm, just as i like them!!!
